Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic & international shipping
We offer worldwide shipping, the estimated delivery time is from 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. The shipping cost for each order varies from $7.99USD to $13.99USD depending on the speed selected.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear.

Delivery delays

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
