Governance
Our Impact initiatives are guided by the Impact Steering Committee, co-chaired by our Chief Legal Officer and Chief Sourcing Officer. The committee brings together leaders from across the company—including Sustainability, Human Resources, Legal, Social Compliance, IT, Finance, Facilities, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Belonging & Social Impact. Meeting twice a year, the group evaluates ongoing projects, monitors progress, and sets future priorities.
The Steering Committee reports its updates and key recommendations to the Executive Council, composed of our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, Head of Strategy, and Chief Legal Officer. This council is responsible for approving new objectives, budgets, and strategic priorities to advance our impact work.
